The research was conducted to study the the physical quality and nutritions content of the palm kernel cake (PKC) from various of CPO processing plant. The PKC with processing by expeller extraction have specific grafity, bulk density, compacted bulk density highly, than PKC with processing by solvent extraction. PKC with processing by solvent extraction have angle of respose, modulus of fineness highly than PKC with processing by expeller extraction. The best physical characteristics of PKC was obtained from PT. Indofeed with processing by solvent extraction from Lampung with spesific grafity 1.390 kg m-3, bulk density 0.582 g cc-1, compacted bulk density 0.693 g cc-1, angle of respose 29.98o, modulus of fineness 4.77 MF, diameter of feed material 0.285 cm, floating rate 0.593 m sec-1. The Chemical quality of palm kernel cake with processing by expeller extraction (from Lampung or Banten) have extract ether, crude protein and crude fiber highly content than palm kernel cake with processing by solvent extraction.
